Fiona believes and has demonstrated that diversity and inclusion is all about meritocracy. She works directly with you as CEO as this is something that has to be seen as a business strand of your financial success, led from the very top. It is not an HR initiative, it is a way of doing business that recruits and develops the best talent regardless of age, gender or ethnicity. The HR team play a key role in embedding this on behalf of the CEO and their team……. it is not HR led.
